Pornography Hits The Green World

‘Climate Porn’ is the latest term on the green block and apparently is a soon-to-be released movie for the television in Australia has been labeled so. Interestingly called ‘Scorched’ and it shows Sydney of 2012 suffering through 200 days of zero rainfall and insiders reveal that the film focuses on the effects of drastic Eco change.

There are bushfires surrounding the city in the film and the authorities don’t have enough water to put them out. So I can say due to its hyper-realism with fake news broadcasts (aimed at sensationalising) and websites with all that scary jazz the film is being tagged as climate porn because all that it shows will never happen.

Experts (they are the ones calling it ‘CP’) describe the movie as a thrilling spectacle but they maintain, it distances the public from the main issues of global warming and deforestation. And in other words are climate porn is the marriage of fiction and non-fiction in the world of entertainment by that logic and should ‘The Day After Tomorrow’ also fall in the same category? Weekend Story: Turtles Breathe a Sigh of Relief with New Fishing Tech

WWF has found that a new fish Eco technology is proving to save turtles while not affecting fish catches. Simply changing from the conventional J hook to circular hooks has been helpful in releasing turtles accidentally hooked. Moises Mug from WWF said that using circular hooks is the right choice as it does not even hamper the economy of artisanal fisheries.

Reports suggest that the alternate fishing method has brought about a significant trend in bycatch reduction, where marine turtle by catch has been reduced by 89 per cent per thousand hooks. It was quite a relief to find that ninety-ive per cent of turtles caught while fishing were recovered alive and the fishing ability of the circle hook was as good as the J-shaped.
Indeed a strong example to show how conservation and industry can work hand in hand for a better and greener life. Via

In view of that researchers have premeditated an absolutely novel quad cycle model labeled Dogsled which has been powerfully developed out of steel into a ladder based framework. Although with a weird and peculiar look this part of a set would not draw much consideration from city natives yet it would enormously facilitate moving around in rustic areas of the state.

Adding up, instead of just two riders this quad cycle can effortlessly accommodate a total of four riders who would be required to continuously pedal up the vehicle for delivering power to the right side back wheel and to the opposed wheel for bringing the vehicle to a halt. I suppose this medium of conveyance would wrap up small gaps by far in the countryside without spending a good deal on fuel. Besides this inimitably planned out Eco friendly cycle bears out to be an inexpensive covenant for masses as well. via
